Shipping is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay, so you never pay a rate you have not seen.
When it goes out
Dispatched within 2 working days of payment. 3 – 7 working days depending on the pin code. You get the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp the moment it is handed over.
Why shipping is not shown at checkout
Because there is no checkout. You send us your bag and your PIN code, we work out the real courier cost, and we send you one total. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and said yes.

How an order actually runs
You send the bag
Pick your pieces and sizes, add your name, number and address, and send. Nothing is charged.
We confirm
We check the weave is in stock, confirm the total with shipping, and message you on WhatsApp.
You pay
Pay by UPI or bank transfer once you are happy with the total. We share details on WhatsApp.
We ship
Packed and handed to the courier, usually within 2 working days. You get the tracking number.
Returns & exchanges
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Handloom is woven by hand, so slubs, small colour shifts between runs and a feathered edge to the ikat are part of the cloth — not defects.
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- For a size exchange we cover the return if the size we sent does not match your order; otherwise return shipping is yours.
- Because there is no online payment yet, refunds are made to the same UPI or bank account you paid from, within 5 working days of the piece reaching us.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (it looks like AAN-260915-4F2A) and a photo of the piece. We will confirm the return address and, where the return shipping is ours, arrange the pickup.
Refunds
Because there is no online payment yet, refunds go back to the same UPI ID or bank account you paid from — within 5 working days of the piece reaching us and passing a quick check.
What we cannot take back
Anything worn, washed, altered or without its tags. And handloom characteristics — slubs, feathered pattern edges, small colour shifts between runs — are features of the cloth rather than faults, so they are not grounds for a return. If something has genuinely gone wrong, send us a photo and we will sort it out.
