Size guide
Every Aanamra piece is cut to the same chart. Get your size right once and it holds for everything.

Body measurements, not garment measurements — we have already added the ease. Measure a top you love flat and compare if you are between sizes; handloom cotton relaxes a little with wear, so when in doubt take the smaller size.

How to measure yourself
Measure over your underwear, not over clothes. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
Bust
Around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape level all the way round and passing under your arms.
Waist
Around the narrowest part of your torso — usually an inch above the navel. Bend sideways; the crease is your waist.
Hips
Around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together, tape level with the floor.
Compare
Match your bust first — it is the measurement that decides fit in a top. Waist and hips are a cross-check.
If you are between sizes
Size down
Handloom cotton gives a little with wear and with the first wash, and every piece is cut with ease already added. Between an S and an M, take the S.
Unless you want it loose
If you prefer a relaxed fit, or you plan to wear it over something, size up instead. The side slits mean a larger size still hangs properly rather than looking borrowed.
The lace-up backs are forgiving
Anything with a lace-up back has real adjustment in it — you can take in or let out a good inch at the tie. If you are borderline on one of those, the size chart matters less than it does on a clean-back piece.
