1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Aanamra, a handloom clothing label based in Hyderabad, India. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. An enquiry is not a contract

Adding pieces to your bag and sending the order form is an enquiry, not a purchase. It does not reserve stock, it does not charge you, and it does not oblige either of us. A sale exists only once we have confirmed availability and the total in writing, and you have paid.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is not included and is quoted separately against your PIN code. Everything is made in small runs, so a piece can sell out between your enquiry and our reply — if that happens we will tell you straight away and, where we can, offer an alternative.

We try hard to keep prices and stock correct. If an obvious error slips through, we will tell you before taking any payment rather than hold you to it.

4. Payment

There is no payment gateway on this site. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer, to details we send you directly on WhatsApp after confirming your order. We will never send payment details from any other channel, and we will never ask for a UPI PIN, an OTP, a card number or a password. If you receive such a request claiming to be us, it is not us — please tell us.

5. Colour and handloom variation

Photographs are taken in daylight and shown unretouched as far as colour goes, but screens differ and handloom dye lots differ. Slubs in the weave, feathered pattern edges and small colour shifts between runs are characteristics of handwoven ikat and are not defects. Buying handloom means accepting a piece that is not machine-identical to the photograph.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are set out in full on the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags intact.

7. Using the site

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, scrape it in bulk, or submit false orders. We may decline or cancel an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

8. Our content

The photographs, text, designs and the Aanamra name on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share a link or a screenshot with credit. Please do not reuse our photographs or copy to sell your own products.

9. Liability

We stand behind the pieces we sell and will put right anything that genuinely goes wrong. Beyond the value of the order concerned, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. The version in force is the one published when you send your order enquiry.
